MONDAY - SUNDAY | $7,495

Additional hours can be arranged for $350 / hour

R E A D Y T O B O O K ? !

To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a $1,000 non- refundable deposit. The deposit is applied towards your venue rental fee and the remaining balance is due 90 days before your event.

Three weeks before your event, the total cost of your bar package will be due. There will also a $500 refundable damage deposit due at this time. Barring any damages, that deposit will be refunded to you within 21 days after your event.

Due to the number of inquiries we receive, we are unable to hold your date. As soon as your contract is signed and we have received the deposit, you are officially on our calendar!

After hosting over 100 weddings at our venues, we have seen all the ups and downs of what makes a wedding day successful. Therefore, We want to make sure you are taken care of, so we have created a list of exclusive vendors that we know will make your day seamless and stress-free!

DJ | PLATINUM DJ

We have an exclusive partnership with a professional DJ Company that provides you with an amazing DJ at an unbelievable price. Since their company has equipped our space with state-of-the-art lighting, AV, and sound systems, all DJ services must go through them. Great news, they provide a huge discount to our clients for being booked at The Barn at Riverbend!

COORDINATOR | BRIDAL PATH WEDDINGS - 2024

After hosting over 100 weddings we have concluded that having a planner is absolutely the best way to have the most peaceful, successful wedding day at our venue. We have partnered with Hannah at Bridal Path Weddings to be your exclusive planner. Hannah and Jamie give our brides a generous discount for their "month of" package, as well as their upgraded packages If you choose to upgrade. Bridal Path Weddings also offers couples discounts from a variety of vendors.

CATERING

We have an exclusive catering policy, which means that you will need to use a caterer from our preferred caterer list. We have a variety of delicious options and price points for all our trusted caterers that we would be happy to share with you upon request. There will be a $250 fee if you choose a caterer outside our list.

Additional Venue Details

ALCOHOL

We offer an assortment of packages with our liquor license and provide all beverages for our events. Our packages range from beer and wine to a full bar. Due to our liquor license, NO outside alcohol is permitted and will be removed by a staff member if this occurs.

EVENT INSURANCE

After hearing about and experiencing different situations during events we want to make sure you are safe from any unforeseen liability situations. So we require all our clients to purchase Event Insurance at our venue. eWed Insurance policy's start at $75 but you are welcome to go through any insurance company of your choice, just make sure to add our venue's name to your policy.

REHEARSALS

We would love to host your rehearsal the day before your wedding day. If you are interested in booking this, it will just be an additional $350/hr for the space. If you want to just drop off decor, your wedding dress, vendor rental drop off, etc you are welcome to do that at no additional fee. Just let us know what time the day before your wedding you will be coming by.

SITE VISITS

Once you book with us we have ONE FREE site visit for you to bring any family or vendors out to the property on a date & time of your choosing for a site-visit where we let you walk around and see the venue. We also book a free final walkthrough 30 days before your wedding for you to finalize your wedding details & guest count for your layout. Outside of those two visits, any additional visit is just $40/per visit.

The pricing listed includes bartenders. You will be responsible for the bartender gratuity, $150 minimum per bartender.

Your final guest count is required no later than 30 days before your event date so that we can prepare your final invoice accordingly. 3 weeks before your event, your bar expenses will be due.

Any guests under the age of 21 is provided soda service for $5 / per person. (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper)
